Welcome to BaGade Global Travels. By booking our travel consultation services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 1.⁠ ⁠Service Description

We provide online travel consultation and arrangement services including personalized travel recommendations, destination advice, itinerary planning, and travel-related guidance. Our consultations are delivered via video call, phone, or other digital communication methods.

 2.⁠ ⁠Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations:

48+ hours before consultation: 85% refund (15% service fee applies)

24-48 hours before consultation: 75% refund (25% service fee applies)

Less than 24 hours/No-show: No refund

Rescheduling: Free rescheduling available up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, valid for new dates within 6 months of original booking.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Payment processor fees and transaction charges will be deducted from refund amounts.

 3.⁠ ⁠Service Delivery

Service delivery begins upon booking confirmation and provision of consultation access materials. We will provide consultation access links and relevant materials 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

 4.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact information and be available at the scheduled consultation time

Have reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for online consultations

Inform us of any specific requirements or limitations before the consultation

Technical issues on the client side do not qualify for refunds

 5.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

All consultation materials, recommendations, itineraries, and advice provided during our services remain the intellectual property of BaGade Global Travels. Clients may use this information for their personal travel but may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our consultation content.

 6.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

Our travel consultations provide advice and recommendations based on available information. To the extent permitted by UK law and without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights, we are not responsible for:

Changes in travel conditions, pricing, or availability after consultation

Third-party service failures (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.)

Travel disruptions due to weather, political situations, or other external factors

Personal injury, property damage, or other losses during travel

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

 7.⁠ ⁠Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. Our consultations do not include insurance advice, and clients are responsible for securing appropriate coverage.

 8.⁠ ⁠Data Protection and Privacy

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We collect and process personal data necessary for providing our consultation services, including contact details and travel preferences.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent and lodge complaints with the ICO.

Data Retention: Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal obligations. Consultation recordings (if any) are for internal quality purposes and are securely stored.

 9.⁠ ⁠Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide appropriate remedies.

11.⁠ ⁠Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For consumer rights and alternative dispute resolution, you may also contact Citizens Advice or relevant UK consumer protection agencies.

12.⁠ ⁠Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
